Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is broken, damaged, or not as described/shown.

  • For damaged items, a return request with clear photos must be submitted on the day of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, go to [Profile → Orders → Initiate Return] or contact us at cs@maghji.com

Once your request is approved, we will:

  • Provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Arrange free return shipping.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at cs@maghji.com
